The Lakewood Subdivisions have different building restrictions, depending on where your lot is located. Use the links below to view the restrictions for Lakewood North, or for the three sections in Lakewood South.
Are you planning to do exterior renovations? As stated in the Building Restrictions, "Before any building permit is obtained, it shall be the obligation of the owner to cause plans and specifications to be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for their approval. The action of the Architectural Control Committee in approving or rejecting plans and specifications shall be binding on the purchaser of any lot in this subdivision."
