LPOA MEMBER CHECKLIST

 

1. Update your Emergency Contact Information form.

2. Put Metro Security on your alarm company call list.

3. Place the LPOA member sign near your front entrance where it is clearly visible from the street.

4. Affix blue oval LPOA membership decals on the driver’s side rear window of your vehicles.

5. Call Metro Security for escort service when returning home at night.

6. Notify Metro Security when you will be out of town - the guard will inspect your home daily.

7. Planning exterior renovations? Submit your plans to the Architectural Control Committee before obtaining building permits.

8. Inspect your service alley regularly and keep it clean.

9. Monitor catch basins during rain storms and remove any debris that may impede the flow of water.

10. Inspect and repair serpentine brick fence.
